ARRGGHHH! I can't take it anymore!

I've got a Creative CD iNFRA 52x drive which is driving me nuts!

I've got Windows Me on my machine. I installed the drive, and the software
from the CD, only to find the "CD Infra" software couldn't find the drive
upon reboot. No worries, I downloaded the latest version from the Creative
web site. Now...I've lost half the software! The only two things it has is
the tiny little system tray utility and the Infra Multimedia decik. I
could've sworn there was more software wtih the older version. My other
grype is that after a while (let's say 5 minutes) of heavy CD activity (i.e.
copying a CD) the program "ctinfra" will cause an illegal operation and
crash. This can get very annoying! Anyone know how I can fix these problems
and get back some of that older software??

TIA,
-EC
