Please, help me if you can!!!!!

I have a motherboard with chipset VIA Apollo Pro VT82C694X AGPset which
supports AGP4X and the 3D card in object (which supports AGP4X too). But
with the creative software I cannot set the AGP's transfer rate up to 2X!!!

Does someone know something about this?
