Lost Cd drivers for SB16 ISA (Help!!!)

After a format I can't get my (CR-562B) cdrom to work. It is connected to a
SoundBlaster 16 isa card, where it says Panasonic/Creative. The sound card
is of the type with 3 connections for cd, one for Mitsumi and one for Sony
and the last I'm using. Where can I find the right drivers for Dos and
Windows98? I need the Dos drivers so it can load the cd to install Win98.
I've tryed SB's and Creative's Homepages, but it hasen't worked yet. The
right directions will be most appreciated. Dennis
