using two mics at same time

Does anyone know if it is possible to use 2 mics at the same time with a
SB Live Platinum card and no live drive.

I'd like to record voice input from one mic and route the output from
the other mic to the headphones without recording anything. Also, is
there some info on programming apps for the card in WinNT or Win2000?
