Hey Tommy,

From left to right is as follows:

Digital Out:  Connects to digital speakers, MiniDisc, or any Digital Output
Module
Line In:  You know
Mic In:  You can plug your mic into that, but a lot of people prefer to plug
their mics into the line in for recording.
Line Out:  You can go into speakers or a monitor with this.
Rear Out:  This is used if you are trying to hook up FourPoint Surround
speakers.  You would use this for the other 2 speakers you want to connect.
Joystick/MIDI:  That's for games and stuff which you probably know.

That should do it.
