Hi

I'm doing some home recording with Cubase and the SBLive Platinum
using the onboard synth; and I'd like to master onto my internal CD
writer. Can I somehow connect the digital out jack to the digital in
(muting the digital in playback of course) and thereby record the
combined audio and MIDI output of my card straight to the CD-R? Or do
I have to go via an external (eg DAT) machine first?
