Creative Rhomba not responding-- HELP!!

My Rhomba 256 (PA50) is not responding anymore:
- It can't be turned on.
- It can't be resetted or reformatted as described in the knowledge
base.
- When attached to the computer over usb, the hardware recognized is a
"SAA7750" which I don't have drivers to. (Ithink it is the internal
philips chip or something like that)
- In all situations, nothing is being displayed on the LCD.

PC: 1 Ghz, 1024 Ram, winxp
