I'm jumping in here without a whole lot of knowledge - I just finally
got around to installing WIN95 about an hour ago - but earlier Chicago
betas allowed me to run two comm programs on the same port
simultanously. I used Commo to log on, checked my mail with Pine and
Tin, which I prefer to the Windows readers, then loaded Tia for Web
browsing or FTP. I had to go back to 3.11 for a few months after I
installed a two user Netware 4.02 server, because I couldn't get the
Chicago beta to recognize Novell for love or tweaking, but this new
beta is doing much better. At any rate, I doubt that there's a
scripting problem. Just log on with Hyperpad and switch to the slip
software.
