UNIX systems engineer with some system administration duties as well.
Emphasis will be on writing device drivers and system utilities.
Knowledge of UNIX internals, pipes, queues, networking with TCP/IP is
important, C++ is a plus (ha ha). Programming will be on PC based UNIX
systems.

This job will have a fair amount of input towards guiding the company
in new product directions, somewhat of a guru status as well. The
company is Maryland based and privately held, was number one in the
country last year for profit percentage based on investment. They
market their products in USA and Europe. Started in the DOS world and
have been in PC UNIX for a couple years now. Salary would likely be in
the $50K range.

Contact Frank Fotia in Rockville at 301-340-2210.
