I'm moving out of the College Park area soon, and
I have some extra things that I won't be needing.

The first 8 items are appropriate for a graduate student-type
lifestyle. The last is for anyone who owns a VW Bug
or Ghia and wants new wheel rims.

I believe that I'm asking reasonable prices, but I could
be wrong in either direction... Make me an offer.

      + Storage Cubes -- $45

perfect for a kids playroom or
            a closet.

It's hard to describe this. Basically, it is
a set of 9 heavy duty, indestructible plastic
cubes in yellow and red. The cubes attach to
each other, and form a unit. Each cube is
about 14"X14"X14". Two of the red cubes have
two drawers each. Right now, I have 8 in a
2X4 configuration and I use them as organizers
on my closet floor. The ninth is a good
            catch-all container.

+ Twin size mattress (+ a bed frame if you want it) -- $25 for both

On the floor, the mattress makes a good
           place for overflow guests.

Alternatively, if you go to Hechingers and
buy a twin size piece of plywood, it would
make the mattress and frame into a reasonable
           semi-permanent bed.

+ Matching Coffee Table and End Table -- $70 for both

Solid oak, I've thought about refinishing
them and then selling them, but they're
in reasonable condition and I don't have the
           time!

The table tops are about 1" thick; the legs
are tapered; they are squarish with rounded
           corners.

      + High-backed Wicker Chair -- $30

With new Williamsburg Blue seat cushion

      + Floor Lamp -- $30

           3 way setting.

good condition, it's the sort of lamp
that goes near a sofa or chair, not over
           a desk.

      + Stereo Receiver + 2 Speakers -- $30

Great sound! Originally it was a
           tape deck/record player/receiver combo.
The tape deck runs slowly, so I took the
turntable off and made it into a
           sleeker receiver-only unit.

      + 12" (I think) Black and White TV. Emerson. -- ??

I haven't had a chance to check the
price for a new one yet. Basically,
1/2 the price of a new one sounds reasonable
           to me.

      + 10 speed bike in terribly weather -- $5.00
        beaten condition.

Good for something like getting back
and forth between UMD graduate student
            housing and the computer science
department. Right now, it needs new
tire tubes; something needs to be done
with the chain; and it needs a good
            scraping and repainting. The brake
            cables are new.

One more item:

      + 2 snow tires, mounted , never used, -- $85 for both
5 years old, for a VW bug or Ghia, circa
        '73.

The wheel rims alone cost $86.60 each at
            the dealer.
