Hi Everyone,

We have a home for sale in the North Georgia Mountains located near Blue
Ridge, Georgia.  The home is approximately six years old and has 3BR,
2Baths, Furnished Kitchen, custom cabinets throughout, large fireplace,
central vacuum system, screened in porch, extra large carport and
maintenance free exterior.  It sits on 7.35 secluded acres, but is within
minutes of great fishing, hiking, hunting, camping, and kayaking (host to
the 1996 Olympics).

We are trying to decide whether to list the property for sale or to
raffle it off.  We thought if raffled we would sell tickets for $400 or
$500 and limit the number of tickets to 4000 or 5000 to make the odds
better.  Would a place in our mountain paradise be worth the chance or
