When I was in the mailroom the other day, I noticed that there are many
of you who have multiple paystubs in your mailboxes. You should make a
habit of picking up your paystubs regularly. It is not a good habit to
store your paystubs or other mail down there, both because of security
issues and because you share your mailboxes and it isn't fair to your
boxmate. I realize that some of you may have been gone this summer and
not had a chance to pick them up, but many were from before the Summer
break.

Remember that you do have the option to supress your paystubs so that
you can view them on line and print them only if you need them.
