I'm looking for roommates for a very nice three story townhouse near
Greenbelt, where I currently live. The townhouse is not on a shuttle
route to campus, so you'll need a car. It has a garage, a private
driveway, private rooms (two roommates would share the same bathroom), a
large deck in back overlooking forest, and full ammenities (washer/dryer,
dishwasher, gas grill on deck, A/C of course). The townhouse is located
at 7004 Forbes Boulevard, Lanham (take Greenbelt Road east, right on Good
Luck road, left on Palamar, Left on Forbes). It's about 12 minutes to
campus. If you're interested, I'll need to know very soon (as in 1-2 days
at most).

Barring that, I'll be leaving the townhouse (dang) and will be looking for
perhaps one roommate for an apartment in Greenbelt perhaps, still not
within walking distance of campus though (prices too high and quality very
low, as we all know). Let me know if you're interested.
