Female roommate needed for 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom + loft townhome. The
townhome is new construction in oldtown (i.e. never been lived
in!). All wood floors, 2 balconies, oversized 2-car garage, gated
community, washer/dryer, full kitchen etc., etc.

This is the most beautiful location I have found in Fort Collins
yet. I am asking $400 for a room and private bathroom plus 1/3
utilities and deposit. 2 girls already living there, we need one more
to make our home complete. We are both students and prefer the
same. We are easy-going, have to study a lot, but also like to get
loud once in a while.

Move-in on Sept. 15, 1998.
