For really cheap SIMMs, check out various posts in the
misc.forsale.computers.memory newsgroup.  Obviously, though, know who
you're buying from.  I've seen as cheap as $80 lately, but typical
prices are $90-$100.

The place I bought memory from is the "Internet Memory Exchange" at:

They seem to be pretty reputable.  They sell new and used memory, but
most big stuff (ie. 16 meg SIMMs) will be new.  Everything is fully
tested and guarenteed.  Today, they have 16 meg EDO SIMMs for $93.

Of course, if it's easier for you then I'll buy the SIMMs (and deal
with the dealers) and give 'em to you for $120.  :)
