Research Associate, full-time. Assist professional staff in research on
physical mapping in plants. Perform experiments including extraction of
plant genomic, bacterial artificial chromosome, and plasmid DNA. Assist
with collection, analyses, and preparation of data for publication and
presentation. Order supplies, perform general lab maintenance, plant and

maintain materials in greenhouse. B.S. degree in Biology or related
field.
Extensive laboratory experience in lieu of B.S. degree would be
considered.
Background in basic chemistry is required. Computer skills and
background
in molecular techniques are desirable. Salary commensurate with training

and experience. Health insurance and retirement benefits provided. Send
