Apparently, there was some sort of power outage or electrical problem last night, as my Linux machine was at the login prompt. (I usually just lock the KDE screen and leave the machine on). Only now I can't log in, either as col (I'm using Caldera), or as root. I get "login incorrect" and nothing. So, is there a fix here, or am I doomed to run the install again? Thanks all.
