Does anyone know sendmail? It seems to be working now, but it delays the sending of messages for a few hours. Restarting sendmail forces delivery. -- Adam Carheden carheden@holly.ColoState.EDU

Restarting sendmail forces : delivery. Check the command used to start Sendmail (it /is/ running, isn't it?) The command you are interested in is the -q one - this is how often to process the queue. -q15m tell it to run the queue every fifteen minutes. If you don't have this, it will just spool mail until you type "sendmail -q", in which case, it will process the entire spool, then exit. -- -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Michael J.
