anyone have Linux Kernel Internals?

I am desperately looking to borrow a copy of Linux Kernel Internals. I have
looked for it at all the major libraries from Cheyenne to Denver but no one
has it. I need it as a source for a term paper on process scheduling.
There are about 10 pages that I need to copy so it wouldn't make sense for
me to buy it. If anyone in the area has a copy and is kind enough to let me
borrow it for about 2 hours please e-mail me. Thanks!

You didn't happen to look at Barnes & Noble, did you? Granted, it would
be of bad taste to be doing research at a book store, but if anyone
would have that book, they would... :)

Thanks,
It looks like I'll have to buy it.

I had a CS class this semester that was nothing but reading papers,
writing papers and giving presentations.

golly!

Well, which one was it. I was (or thought I was) good at writing in
high school, but I seem to have traded that skill for programming. Now,
just as I'm getting good at that, they're going to make me write again?
Some of you upper classmen tell me which classes involve what skill.

I didn't get a term paper in 470 because there were no papers left
on account of the flood.

Thank you, flood.

On the other hand, it washed away the CTV studios.

Up yours, flood.

 :)

CS640 - Advanced Artificial Intelligence I

Had to get an override to get into that one, actually. They don't let
non-grad students in without permission, I guess.

So unless you take CS440 (programming in there) and CS540 (more
programming) first, you've got nothing to worry about.

Yeah, the two semesters after the flood I had few papers to write and
could get away with some pretty lax research, chalking it up to the flood.
:)

I saw CTV once.

Thank you flood.

Just kidding about CTV -- as if I can talk, working at KCSU, right? :)

Re: the flood though, we have bands come in to the show every week and
say "Wow! The station has *really* changed. What happened?" and we get
to thank the flood for the beautiful radio station and fantastic
equipment we've got now.

...and really, the equipment *better* be good, because it's going to be
used by students for the next 20 years or so.

Hah hah hah, hah ha- hey, waitaminnit!
The sad part is that I had just finished a full rewire of the place
and had just installed some brand-new audio compressors. Woosh.
Gone.
On the other hand, you look at CTV and KCSU NOW, and the flood was
the best thing to ever happen to them. Facilities-wise, at least. :)
