I am looking for a new roommate for at least the summer. I have a lease
on my apartment through the end of August, but my roommate wants to move
out at the end of the semester. Move-in time would be around 5/15 (somewhat
negotiable). Extending the lease another year at the end of the
summer is a possibility.

I am a graduate student in computer science, and would prefer someone
who is a graduate student/professional, quiet (especially in the evenings),
and relatively tidy. Male or female is ok (I am male). Non-smoking, please.
Dogs are not allowed in the building.

The apartment is 2 BR, 1 bath, kitchen, and a combined living room/
dining area. The building is 700 Mohawk Drive, on the NE corner of Baseline
and Mohawk. RTD Busstop to CU is directly across the street. Rent
would be $282.50 a month (plus some utilities). Coin-Laundry is available
in the building. Access to a pool and basketball court come with the
apartment, as well as reserved parking (off-street).

If you are interested, you can contact me via e-mail
(tesar@cs.colorado.edu), call me at my office here at CU (492-8425),
or call me at home (499-7472). Ask for Bruce. Calling me at home
works best 6pm - 11pm.
