We're looking for a grad student with spouse/s.o. interested in 30-40
hrs/wk child-care. We have private 2-bdrm 1600 sq. ft. apartment in our
house in exchange for 20 hrs/wk. Additional hours paid. Would also like 5
- 8 hrs/week light household/lawn maintenance (negotiable).

Our previous nanny was the wife of a telecomm grad stu and it was a very
convenient situation for all for 2 yrs. But he graduated and she's gone
back to school now so we need a new nanny!

We need live-in child-care for our 2 1/2 and 4 1/2 yr old children
mornings and after school/evenings/weekends. Hours: 3 mornings 7:30 - 9;
Mon/Wed/Fri 4 - 10; 8 hours on weekend (flexible); plus maybe 1 weekday
afternoon(flexible). Additional hours optional (you can work as much as
you want - will pay hourly). Kids are in preschool daytimes. We teach at
CU Mon/Wed evenings.

Excellent 1600 sq. ft. 2 bedroom apartment with full bath and kitchen,
large living area. Access to pool, laundry, off-street parking, etc. We
are near Louisville, on the bus route. Worth giving up existing housing
for!

Non-smoking. No pets. No children. Over 25.
