Many people suggested using 'rzdisk -c ask' to set the RZ57 to spinup 
on powerup.  Unfortunately 'ask' doesn't ask for mode page 37 (where 
such dec-specific things live).  'rzdisk -g changeable' reports that
page 37 is changeable, but neither rzdisk or scu seem willing to modify
that page.  Anyone know of a workaround for this?
