I'm having problems getting a DECStation 5000/200 running Ultrix 4.4 to 
print to an Apple Laserwriter IINT.  I have tried using both serial ports 
on the back of the DEC, but neither work.  Here is the printcap entry:

I have tried using both /dev/tty01 and /dev/tty00, but neither work.
