Hello, While logging into my 5k/240, an associate noticed that I might be running a beta version of Ultrix. He said that when he worked at DEC, version numbers starting with a "T" were beta copies. here is what I get when I login: ULTRIX T4.3A-6 (Rev. 132) System #1: Wed Nov 2 16:41:27 EST 1994 UWS T4.3A-6 (Rev. 21) If I have a beta copy, I will of course be speaking to the people who sold me the thing and getting a new version. What version of Ultrix is the best now? I have had a number of problems with this system and have replaced BIND, Sendmail, Syslog and others. This was quite a pain so if all versions of Ultrix are like this, I will stay with my beta because I have fixed it now.
