Many thanks to Norman Wilson (norman@hprc.utoronto.ca), Wayne B Cripps
(wbc@cs.dartmouth.edu), and Arthur Gaer <gaer@sdac.harvard.edu>, who each
pointed out that the CAM package exists for 4.3 as an optional subset. There's a
definition included for the 8500 drive; Norman posted his experiences adding
the 8505 to the list at the end of May.
