Dear managers:

I'm trying to install sendmail8.8.8 and I run into this error:

./makesendmail
Configuration: os=ULTRIX, rel=4.3, rbase=4, rroot=4.3, arch=RISC, sfx=

cpp: error map.c:52: Can't find include file db.h
*** Error code 1

Stop.

I don't have a db.h file in my /usr/include on my Ultrix 4.3 on my
DECstation 5000/200.  Could you suggest a workaround?  I've tried
changing the config file a little to no avail.
