I am looking for two guys to share a bedroom in my condominum starting
next fall. The condo will open up for rent in August, in time to move in
before school starts on the 28th.

The condo is close to campus (30th and Colorado - Wibledon Condominiums).
and is fully furnished with new carpet and furniture, very nice! There
is approximately 1190 sq. Feet of space, this is including the two
bedrooms upstairs (13'x17' with huge closets). There is a large living
room area downstairs with a kitchen/dining area as well. As I said, the
two individuals will share one of the bedrooms as I will occupy the
second. I am both a CU student and software developer and will be using
the second room as my bedroom and office.

Rent is $325 per month and that includes all utilities and
laundry (there is a washer/dryer in the condo). The only additional
costs are phone and food with possibly a few bucks for cable TV.

If interested, leave e-mail to: kilgroej@rintintin.colorado.edu
or call 786-2091 and ask for Jeff (or leave a message). Also I do not
allow pets or smoking.
