My girlfriend and I both have 2 bedroom apartments that are in need of
a new roommate. The apartments are at 4825 ThundirBird Circle, down near
the intersection of Foothills and Table Mesa. You would get your own
bedroom, and then share the livingroom, kitchen, dining nook and bathroom.
The apartments face out onto a nice grass courtyard for summer sunning.

One thing to note is that both apartments have cats, so if you're allergic
take that into account. Also, we're looking for people who actually like
cats, not just tolerate them. Some willingness to play with the cats a big
plus. We're both fairly social people, so we'd perfer roommates that are at
least somewhat social and not prone to locking themselves into their rooms
for days at a time. Neither of us smoke and would prefer roommates that won't
either.

The rent is $340 a month, which includes Garbage, Water, Gas, and Heat.
Therefore, you only need to pay 1/2 the electric bill, and 1/2 phone plus long
distance. The apartments are available either now or on July 1, and have a
year lease (Ends June 30th next year) if interested please email
seidl@colorado.edu or call me at 492-7906 during the day, or call Soraya at
night at 494-4957.
