A friend of mine is looking for a place to sublet for part
of the summer. He rented out my place last summer and my
wife and I were quite happy with him.

He's a serious math grad student from Harvard. So he's
	not the hearty-party type.

So if you have a place close to cu/safeway/king soopers
and within the timeframe/money issues I'd recommend contacting
James and trying to get him to sublet your place!
