I looked for another group to send this to, like a rent group, but
didn't find one so here is the deal.
My roomates and I would like to find a 4th roomate.
The price: 268.75 /month + 1/4 phone, utility, cable, and water

The place: It is a 3 bedroom townhouse. It has 3 floors, including
an unfinished basement (with washer/dryer) and a lot of storage space.
The main floor has a 1/2 bath, kitchen (one large fridge that you
would be sharing with one of the roomates and a 3/4 fridge that is for
the other two roomies), (also a dishwasher), and a livingroom/dining area
for the rest of the level. The top floor has 3 bedrooms with a bathroom
(the bathroom has 2 sinks, a tub and a shower).

The grounds: It is over by Valmont and 29th, the 209 runs right by it.
We have a small front yard, and a back porch. Also out back is a large
common area for all the townhouses around, including a small pond.

Your room: I haven't measured it, I think it is about 12ftx12ft with a
decent size closet. If you don't have a bed you can either borrow or
buy mine, if you have a bed I can cart mine downstairs.

Your roomies: There are 3 of us: Nate, Rachel and me, Susan. We are all
CU students and we all work for CNS. The house needs to be kept clean,
we have agreed to weekly chores to make sure it stays that way. There
are 2 cats but we can not have any more.

You: Need to be neat and respectful. We would prefer a light smoker or
non smoker. There is no smoking in the house. Responcibility is a
must.

If you are interested please e-mail me - parkers@colorado.edu.

Thanks, I hope I haven't annoyed many people by posting this to a .general
group.
