Here's another one:

I parked in the metered lot next to the engineering building
at CU.  I was running late so I had put over 50 cents into the
meter before I noticed it wasn't going above the 5 minute mark.
I didn't have enought change left to move my car to another meter
so I went off to class.

When I came back to my car, the Parking Nazi writing the tickets had
just given me one.  I went up to her and explained the situation
and said that I would put my remaining change in the meter to
show her it was broken.  Her reply, "You'll have to take it up
with Parking Services."  

(In my dreams they never find her body.)
