Hi. I have a 3-bedroom townhome to rent. I just put new carpet in and
painted the inside. I put new tile in both bathrooms (both have showers)
and a new sink and mirror in the one upstairs. There is a sauna on the
first floor that is great in the winter and heats up quickly. The unit
has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, lots of storage, a driveway where 2 cars
can park, a small deck and backyard, and is very clean throughout.

I am also trying to sell the unit and that is why the rent is cheap.
I can sign a 3-month lease or do a month to month rental agreement.

If you are interested in buying the unit, let me know.

please call me because I don't read my email much.

My name is Tim Nickles, my # is 939-8120 (303).
