My summer roommate went back to Ft. Collins, so I am looking for one
other person to share my 3BR/2BA apartment for the school year (I
would also consider renting just through December). I am a CU grad
student, and another grad or law student would be ideal (but
undergrads and non-students are fine, too.) Rent is $350/mo+utilities
for your own bedroom and bathroom. The apartment features:

      - Central heating and air conditioning
      - Kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, and lots of cabinets
      - Deck off of the living room
      - Swimming pool, volleyball, and tennis court
      - Coin laundry in the complex
      - Off-street parking
      - Convenient to bus routes and bike paths.

I have an extra bed and some tables in the room now, or I can clear
them out if you have furniture. The rest of the apartment is pretty
well furnished. The apartment is located at Arapahoe and Eisenhower
Drive, and is available now. Sorry, no pets and no smokers. Please
call Tim at 443-6581 for more information (or send e-mail to
slagle@colorado.edu).
