Two women seek third, possibly fourth, for room in VERY nice, spacious
Boulder condo. House includes beautiful back yard, well-equipped kitchen,
washer and dryer set, unfinished basement, and cable and phone hook-ups in
every BR. 1 1/2 baths, three levels. Unfurnished, one-year lease, convenient
location in residential neighborhood. Price, before utilities, is $400 for the
master bedroom with a balcony and sliding glass doors, walk-in closet, and
direct access to a huge bathroom. Roomie should love cats (there will be two
of them) and be a responsible non-smoker. In case of two roomies, the price
is negotiable.
