Male seeking an older or graduate-level student to share a two-bedroom
apartment. I'm 24. No smoking, no drugs, no pets.

I'm a musician that is also computer-literate. The apartment will
have two phone lines and various electronic music stuff set up.
It's located on the corner of Broadway and Baseline, diagonally
across from Kittredge. Grocery store and movie theatre right
across the street.

Move-in date is somewhere between August 1st and August 15th, your
choice (although some negotiation might be needed). Nice carpet,
fireplace, lots of shelf space in the kitchen, and the apartment
generally stays cool without the need of air conditioning (which it
has anyway). Includes dishwasher, and there's laundry facilities
right down the stairs. There's even a deck.

I'm generally tolerant, and usually try to live in a semi-clean,
positive environment. I might have my singing group (five-ten guys)
over once in a while, but we generally sing in tune, so it shouldn't
be a painful experience.

Extra points if you have a stereo VCR. I've got the TV and
the stereo system. =)

Rent is $725/month total. Cheap for this close to campus. Utilities
run $40-60 a month, depending on the season. Reply to this email address
or call 786-7469 before August 1st.
