FS: '83 Honda Accord 4dr 190K mi - $400 + needs work OBO

 +++ Great fuel economy - easily gets 35+ hwy MPG
 +++ Engine in great shape
 + Feather-light power steering
 + Cruise control
 + brakes, water-pump, belts changed 3 yrs ago
 +++ Very reliable - I've driven it from sea to shining sea
 and back with nary a hitch.

BUT:

 --- Needs new tires (esp front ones badly) + alignment
 --- "Front lower ball-joint" needs work

 - Annual service/tune-up would help

 - Rust on wheel well exterior + dents
 - Has radio/cassette but doesn't work
 - Has a/c but doesn't work

I just had this car checked out by honda specialist
mechanics. According to them, the car is in sound shape
except for the above problems.
