Escort Passport Radar Detector $25
This was once king of the hill, but now Mike Valentine has done it
again with his Valentine One. If you're not into paying $400, and
you want a great X/K detector, this is the one. Even though it lacks
Ka and laser detection (and VG-2 cloaking) this detector still beat
out several new all-band detectors in Car & Driver's recent tests.
I have all the goodies that came with it: visor/windshield mounts,
extra cords, velcro, and rubber feet.

28.8 ISA Internal modem $10
Supposedly a Motorola Modemsurfer, although it doesn't say that anywhere
on the card. I don't have any software for it, so this is not for the
    uninitiated.

Fax/voice switcher $15
Nifty little device that lets an answering machine and fax machine share
the same phone line. This little box automatically switches between a
fax machine (or fax/modem) and an answering machine once it detects the
    incoming call.

Stereo receiver $20
SAE Two model R3C. 35W/channel, headphone jack, and allows 2 sets of
speakers to be connected. Needs a little tuner cleaner for the input
selector and front panel light bulb is burned out. $20

Speakers $30/pair
Marantz "standard" size speakers. Handle up to 50W. $35/pair.

Amplifier $15
    Nikko 25W/channel.

Flightstick Pro $10
    Airplane joystick for Macintosh computers.

17" Trinitron monitor $150
This is a fixed-frequency monitor made by DEC. You need a BNC cable to
run it, and possibly a different video card, but I'm not sure. I didn't
realise all this, and bought an SVGA monitor instead. If you've got the
right setup, it's a good price for a Trintron.

15" monitor (needs work) $60
Gateway Crystal Scan. Worked fine and then all of a sudden it now just
comes up with wavy diagonal blue lines. Anyone know anyone who can fix
    monitors relatively cheaply?

Apple Laserwriter IINT $175
A good workhorse printer. 300 dpi, 8ppm, 2MB RAM, Postscript, Appletalk.

PowerMac 6100/80 $475
PowerPC 601/60 w/MacClip accelerator, running at 80 Mhz. 24 MB RAM,
    350 MB hard drive, 256k L2 cache, CD-ROM, keyboard, mouse. OS 8.1
    installed.

Apple 16" monitor $175
832x624 resolution (fixed, not multi-scan). A little fuzzy, as these
monitors tend to get, but still quite usable.

Or buy the 6100 and the 16" monitor together for $600.
