Share my house with me - rent free!

I am a professional SWM with a great house in Boulder.  But I am very
lonely living in this house because it is way to big for one person, and
I am seeking a compatible female companion to share it with me. I do not
smoke or use drugs, am very clean, responsible, and health-conscious,
and seek the same.  A musical/ artistic/ intellectual/ academic lady
would be a plus.

    What can we do to complement each other's needs? I can provide the
house, a great place to live, serious pampering, and lots more - just
tell me your needs: from the sublime to the outrageous!   I am seeking a
long-term alternative relationship, with a younger woman who enjoys
exploring fantasy and likes to be pleased with devoted attention (I can
give sensuous footrubs, etc, and great oral and do not require
reciprocity).

I do not need to ask for rent, so this is essentially a rent-free
arrangement. This would be an ideal situation for a female graduate
student on a tight budget!
