FOR RENT: 3rd floor loft apt in the Powderhorn Complex
(5 mins from Gunbarrel shops etc).

court; short walk from pool, jacuzzi, park and walks.
Large living rm + fireplace; master bdrm + closets;
2nd small bdrm or dining rm; deck; kitchen and bthrm; loft.
W/D, fridge, dishwasher and microwave.
Accomodates a couple ideally but could also work for roomates.
Really tall ceiling makes it very airy!
Rent is $800. NO pets. References. Lease is for 14 months but
this might be negotiable.
This apt is hard to beat (lived here 2 yrs). Powderhorn is very
pleasant, well-maintained and quiet.
