The move from GEOL to HLMS has been tentatively scheduled for Wednesday,
January 12, 2000.  All offices must be packed and ready to go by 8:00 am
that morning.  

Pam will be bringing boxes, tape, & labels this week.  Everything in desks
and bookcases must be packed.  Filing cabinets can be left as is.  For
those who are packing their own computers, all cords, keyboards, mouses,
speakers, etc. must be packed.  Personal items such as pictures, lamps,
plants, etc. that are breakable should be moved on your own.  Bulletin
boards, white boards, chalkboards -- anything on the walls must be taken
down in order for them to be moved.  Labels will be colored coded according
to the floor your office is on.  Pam will let us know what those are.

That's all the info I have for now.  I will send out more info as I get it.
