Souter, for one.  O'Connor, for another.  There was a great article in 
Out magazine... either last month or two months ago on the Supreme Court 
arguements about Two.  Souter and O'Connor, who are widely regarded as 
the swing votes, had strong questions for the state's attorneys on 
whether there was ANY precedent for outlawing specific kinds of 
discrimination claims.  They seemed quite skeptical.  And we can most 
likely count on Ginsburg and Blackmun already.  I"m hopeful - but I'm not 
celebrating until the decision comes down.
