A bisexual or homosexual orientation does not automatically include the
practice of "sodomy."  A heterosexual orientation does not automatically
exclude such practices.  Identity =! actions.

Additionally, ENDA protects not only actual homo/bisexuals, but those
individuals who are only *suspected* of being other than hetero.  Imagine
the dilemma of a celibate heterosexual man who, because of his lack of
girlfriends, is fired for "being a homosexual," at least according to the
office rumor mill.  Imagine a single older woman who receives PFLAG's
newsletter because her nephew is gay, who is then fired because her boss
finds the newsletter on her desk.
