Black Holes and Time Warps - Kip S. Thorne (1994) In Thorne's book, to explain part of relativity and time, he has his wife traveling in a spaceship at (velocity) c, while he is in his office. Throughout the experiment the doctor and his wife are holding hands through a wormhole. as time goes , gone for ten minutes her time is years his time. My question is, as the doctor's wife and therefore her mass i.e.. energy, is accelerated toward c, won't the energy that makes up her hand continue at its accelerated rate upon exiting the other side of the wormhole, the doctors office? (Creating a plasma explosion that may very well destroy a small portion of the surrounding neighborhood.)
