Apple in ancient (before the iMac ;-) )
times had the ADB-Bus (Apple Desktop Bus) to
connect mouse, keyboard, etc. to the Mac. The Symbolics
keyboard only works on upto 68040 Macs with ADB bus, due to driver
problems with newer PowerPC Macs with ADB. I didn't get it
working properly, when testing this for a few hours. ;-)

Nowadays vendors are switching to USB (on most platforms) for
connecting these devices to a computer. Don't hold your
breath for an USB adapter from Symbolics - although there
should be an ADB to USB adapter from other companies - so in
theory - with new driver ... ;-)
