Full-Time Opportunity 

Description 

Successful candidates should possess excellent "C" and "C++"
programming skills. Knowledge and experience with UNIX, Windows and
Windows 95 operating systems is required. You should have good
interpersonal skills and good written and oral communications skills.
We will consider a recent University graduate.


Initially, you will support, enhance and develop Interactive Voice
Response (IVR) applications and associated reports. This will lead to
developing client application specifications and application design.
Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) training will be provided. You
will then develop CTI systems and the required desk top interfaces and
mainfranme integration. Infrequent travel to Montreal and Ottawa. Some
training may be provided in USA.

You will receive technical training in IVR and CTI technologies. As a
small team of ten working on projects of less than 6 months duration,
exposure to a wide range of applications for various industries will
be the norm. Development in areas such as project management and
application design will be provided after proficiency in IVR and CTI
application development.
