Hello, >I recently tried to install a MacIvory 3 in a Macintosh 7100/66 >running System 7.5.3. It didn't work for me. FEP was working, >but I couldn't boot Genera. > >Has anybody had success running a MacIvory in a PowerPC Mac? >Is there a chance to make it work? Thanks to all for the help. Symbolics also said that a firmware update hasn't been developed for running a MacIvory Lisp Machine in a PowerMac. I was only the second one to request such a feature. Btw., there seem to be PowerPC Mac clones from Power Computing with both NuBus and PCI slots (http://www.powercc.com/Product/CPUs/pw604-150.html).
