That's right, I need a room to rent over the summer, _no option to renew
necessary_.  Here's what I'm looking for:
	-relatively large room, in any size house
	-under $250/month, including all utilities (except phone...)
	-located south of Quinpool, preferably close to Dalhousie
	-must be a feline-friendly house

Pluses which would make me very happy:
	-backyard (I supply the patio furniture & hammock)
	-parking spot (street doesn't count)
	-dishwasher (or energetic roommates)
	-porch or balcony suitable for post-work relaxation
