While not false some of the rumours quoted in the original article
aren't exactly correct. As a TUNS student I would like to add what I
know to be (more) correct.

In particular the move of TUNS CS, Industrial Eng. and Amplied Math from
1190 Barrington st. (W building) to the Maritime mall is not official.
Also I don't know what the author means by:

> On the organizational
> level Engineering, Computer Science and Architecture will move to the M.M.

However, besides Industrial Engineering, all the other Engineering and
Architechture faculties will NOT be moving to the Maritime Mall.

I am not certain about this new name. I have a feelling that there will
be considereable resistance from TUNS students and allumni for a name
change. For one thing no one really wants a degree from a non-existant
university even if it is only a name change.

Also there is no exact word on where CS is going: all at TUNS, all at
DAL, split between the two. However all at DAL is not probable

It is not likely that TUNS will move out from out current home.

The concenrs raised in the letter were valid and amazingly very simmilar
to the concerns of students at TUNS.
