In conjunction with CleanNova Scotia, i've organized a spring clean-up of
Merv Sullivan Park on Novalea St. in the North End. Anyone who wants to
help cleaning the trash in our neighborhood is urged to show up at 6PM this
Sunday (May 4th) and grab a bag or two.

There will be both garbage and blue bags available at the Merv Sullivan
Memorial plaque located on Novalea St. just past Leeds St.

The park itself encompasses a softball / ultimate frisbee field as well as
an old basketball court long ago abandoned by the city. After a long winter
the whole area is looking pretty bad and needs to be cleaned up. So come on
out.
