Not worldwide.  Worldwide, over 75% of the cases are spread via
heterosexual sex.    And in the US, new cases of HIV are now
in minority communities.  Folks like you will have to find a new
whipping-boy; you can't blame gays anymore.

Are people like you nuts, or what?  Lesbians comprise one of the smallest
groups of people infected.  And the rate is decreasing in gay men.

How the hell would same-sex marriage bring a higher incidence of HIV?
Marriage (same-sex or otherwise) reduces promiscuity and therefore
lowers HIV transmission in anyone.  It would seem to me that if your concern
was HIV, you'd be *encouraging* the legal recognition of same-sex marriage.

Of course.  You should look at the cost of caring for AIDS patients
with regards to other diseases.  It's far from being the most expensive.
